It was hittin keep it up Connellsville McDonalds.. remember quality over anything else because it makes the experience make you want to come back. Thanks! Also the sprite was crispy and not diluted..

This is the second time in two weeks that one of my items have been missing. This time it was my big Mac and a straw for my drink. The bag was completely sealed when I got it. So this is on McDonald's, not the dasher. I called McDonald's to explain and they seem to feel like it was no big deal that all I need to do was call DoorDash and they would issue a refund or a credit. While a refund or a credit is acceptable, the problem is I'm still sitting here without a sandwich and McDonald's doesn't seem to think it's that big of a deal, or at least the person I spoke to on the phone. I'm not one to leave a negative review, and I will say that all of my visits in-store or through the drive-through have been great. It is only on the DoorDash orders. If McDonald's actually reads the reviews, I hope that you will retrain that they need to slow down ensure that each and every item, including napkins and straws, as well as each food item, is in the bag before they seal it up and send it off with a DoorDasher and that if someone calls because they didn't get their food, they should not act like it's not a big deal just contact DoorDash for your refund. Perhaps if they started to have to have a paid employee to go – the food themselves for the food that they forget to put into the bags, they would be more conscious of packaging!

quick and simple as always! great experience when it comes to ordering from McDonald's. haven't had as much luck with other places but my regular from McDonald's is always just right.
