You typically know what you're getting when you order McDonald's as far as quality and taste go but overall I love their breakfast! Today's Sausage McMuffin® Meal did not disappoint! I especially love that McDonald's uses filtered water to make their Premium Roast Coffee. Big bonus for me!

It appears that the staff consistently overlooks the inclusion of the McChicken and McBurgers in the orders. Furthermore, they only provide the complimentary items, despite their presence on the receipt, and refuse to offer a refund.

I ordered two Hot Honey McCrispy™but came with Hot 'N Spicy McChicken® which is much cheaper. They are too careless. I don't understand why they mess up even such simple thing.
