Everything has been great the past few months, very happy with change. Rarely have to get refund for missing items anymore.

Was kind of disappointed. Usually delivery from here is good, but this time the burgers were so dry. And when they were made must not have been hot because none of the cheese was melted. Premium Roast Coffee was hot and delicious, however.

Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Deluxe Meal
1.) both beef patties were undercooked
2.) sandwich was slopped together making it impossible to eat as a "sandwich"
Very disappointing given the prices that are being charged!

My Big mac was missing the top half of the burger. The toppings that were there were thrown in haphazardly so I had to assemble it before eating it.
