The food and the service are awesome. Hot and fresh. We especially liked the Big Macs. Only negative is didn't get the nuggets we ordered.

I think this was a one off, but my Deluxe McCrispy™ was over cooked (really dark brown crust and chicken was dry), the Apple Pie noted the latest enjoy by time of 3:25pm (I received my order at 5:00pm), the bag contained no napkins or straws.

French Fries were old, cold and hard.

The bottom patty was burnt. I asked for no mayo. Everything was packed with the cold apple slices so the fries and burger were both cold. This was disgusting.
