Everything that I get from this McDonald's has been perfect. My deliveries and pick-ups are always hot, fresh, and generously portioned. They also are heavy handed with their sauce packets which I love because let's face it, you can never have just one sauce. They are prompt, kind, and respectful employees who work there, and I appreciate your service.

Food was hot and fresh. I haven't had junk food in a while but I can't believe how much a quarter pounder has shrunk. The bun is now the size of a regular cheeseburger so they've cut the size of the entire burger. The big Mac buns have also gotten smaller overall probably to accommodate the burgers that are so tiny and thin you can almost see through them. And the french fries...they are super thin cut now. Almost as thin as steak and shake. So sad McDonald's is already robbing their customers with the prices. Consumers have choices.

Great delivery time for $0 and the food was top notch. I order here regularly and decided to finally add my piece incase someone needed it. 10/10

Fries were cold, hard, and stale, inedible, almost as if they had been sitting in the waste bin but had been fished out. The Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal quarter pounder tasted as if someone accidentally overpoured the salt and pepper shaker all over the meat but still served it. The drinks were done according to the order, but missing straws (which wasn't a big deal.) I'm not sure what was going on with the food today, because normally this location does a good job.

This location is consistently the best in terms of food quality. The other locations in Kalamazoo seriously need to take notes because no one does it better than the staff at this location.
