I ordered the 2 snack wrap MEAL and even upgraded it to a large so I could share with my son and they did not send the French fries. The ticket on the bag clearly shows L FRY and there was not a single fry in the bag. The bag was sealed, so I know the dasher didn't take them. So I literally just spent $25 for 2 snack wraps, a large sprite and a mini McFlurry. Highway robbery.

I ordered two of the cookies and cream pies and they gave me a strawberries and cream pie instead. And I forgot the barbecue sauce and ranch sauce for the chicken nuggets. This is the fifth time this McDonald's has gotten something with our order wrong.. in a row.

This store is so terrible I'm writing another poor review. I should've learned my lesson and today I did. No doubt about it - this store is SUPER CONSISTENT-LY HORRIBLE with how they deliver their orders. They always include items you didn't order and omit the ones you did. I would be so embarrassed to have as may bad reviews as this store has. Please train your staff to ensure the customers you serve, are given the food items they pay for. I don't understand how this particular issue hasn't been improved on. I will never order from here again. I'm tired of literally throwing away money.

The coffee was cold and not hot. I thought it was supposed to be hot and I ordereda large this is a medium. it says it on the cup.
