why put the special ticket on the item when you did not follow it? no extra breakfast sauce or onions on my bagel but you sure charged me for it! There isn't even a normal amount of onions on it just few burnt slivers. Steak is old and dry with no seasoning either.

Ordered a large orange juice and it was all WATER. Disgusting. Also, ordered a large hot chocolate and there was no chocolate in it. Literally just warm milk.
