The dasher was very nice when he gave me the food,and the Big Mac was the best Big Mac I ever ate it was nice and warm

While traveling and stopping over at a motel, I ordered and paid for (2) 10 pc nuggets with a chocolate milkshake through DoorDash. I only received 1 (10) pc nuggets and the milkshake wasn't very flavorful with little chocolate. I called the store and reported the shortage in my order. The person I spoke to was extremely rude and said there was nothing he could do about it and that no one could bring me the missing nuggets. He informed me that it was up to DoorDash to solve the problem not them even though it was this McDonalds that packed my food for delivery. Thankfully the young lady I spoke to at DoorDash Customer service was very helpful and actually gave me a credit for the missing food. Be assured, I will not be ordering from this McDonalds in Harrisonburg, VA again.

The big mac is never super good but I always order it and love it. It is McDonald's consistency always brings me back. The food is never bad but never good either is a good slogan for all McDonalds food.

This Big Mac was the worst one I've ever had. I love big Mac's but when they sit under a bright light they lose their appeal.. .and their freshness. It was also haphazardly put together. About half the meat was not on the burger bit on the side and it didn't look or taste right. This one typifies that issue of ultra processed food
