I ordered a Double Bacon Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal, but instead received the double quarter pounder without bacon. Additionally, I requested a large fry and was given a medium fry which was not fresh. I'm not entirely thrilled about paying for items I didn't order. 😒 at least they remembered the straw this time.

I typically refrain from lodging complaints, but I must express my concern regarding McDonald's practice of preparing orders significantly in advance of the scheduled pickup time, often before a driver has even been assigned. This appears to be a store-level operational issue rather than a driver-related concern. I would simply prefer my food to be hot. This applies to the 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets and French Fries.

I asked for no ice(got ice), I paid for hot fudge never got it, and the 3 Pack Of Cookies taste like stale ginger snaps/sugar cookies.
