The whole double quarter pounder meal was extremely terrible. The French fries were limp and barely warm. The double quarter pounder bread was soggy on the inside, cheese was very waxy looking, the beef patties literally fell apart. Also the beef patties were burnt and there was extremely burnt little pieces of meat on the outside of the bun and some that literally fell out of the bun when I picked it up. I ate a couple of bites and gave the rest to my dogs. I am not impressed with my meal tonight

Received all of my food, for which I am thankful for. The food was packaged nicely. The breakfast burritos were amazing. As well as the Caramel Frappe.

They told me they could make a McFlurry which is fine I understand things happen so I was told they could replace it with cookies and they were giving me 6 cookies because of the price difference. And they gave me 3 cookies. But told me there were 6. And so I called the store and the manager told me I could come back up there and I can get a McFlurry. But they just told me it wasn't working.. so like are they just not wanting to do it. Idk mistakes happen I know I work in fast food but if your gonna replace make sure we get what you replaced it with.

Fries were ice cold and old tasting. Burger was put together sloppily and the dasher had to wait in drive thru for 30-40 min for food.
