McDonald's deserves 5 stars today! And I received a hand written postcard apologizing for not having the pumpkin cream pie and that they replaced it with the apple pie. Food was hot and fresh!

As the third order in a row that my straws have not been put in the bag
Also, the two apple pies we received were very old and did not taste good at all.
Come on McDonald's you can do better than this.

I never order from here with confidence so I know going in it's a bit of a gamble. Not sure what's going on in there. Missing my caramel frappe, apple pie, and strawberry pie. Did I need this food? Not necessarily. Did I pay for it? Yes.. also I only ordered 2 cookies and they gave me 4, but I'm not complaining about that.

McDonald’s and ordered the Spicy McChicken. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The sauces were not provided, and the quality of the sandwich was the worst I’ve ever had. It seemed like the store workers didn’t handle my order well. I hope McDonald’s can improve their service and food quality in the future.
