My food quality is great. I was missing fork & knife, extra syrup, no butter, no napkins. This location is always great with bagging my order, getting all the condiments. The weekend is when I have issues. I know it's difficult to hire people that want to do a good job, or maybe they have call ins, I know this location does try to do their best. GM & mangers need to coach and retrain the person that bagged my order today to get it right.

I didn't get the bbq that comes with the happy meal. Which I never do so I ordered more and I didn't get that either. Didn't get my ranch that was ordered. No apple slices came with the happy meal and my child noticed. No straws for the drinks.
