The Big Mac had pepper and salt dumped on the burger. I ordered extra whipped cream and got none at all

Ordered dbl qtr pounder plain and they sent it with all of the toppings. It was drowning in ketchup to the point it was not salvageable and we had to throw it out completely and reorder.
