They forgot our vanilla shake, but charged us. When we called, they didn't apologize and said to contact DoorDash because it's their job to check the order (zero accountability). The 10 piece chicken nuggets also only contained 7 pieces. Whoever was working today was completely asleep at the wheel.

I like mcdonalds, it's just that putting any customizations on your order doesn't matter at all. you ask for extra meat on your big Mac? too bad. you expect a tomato on your quarter pounder deluxe? too bad. like I order in person it's fine, but online is just so inconsistent
