• 2/22/26The quarter pounder deluxe was almost burned to a crisp. Thinner than a smash burger with no moisture at all. And my order was missing my apple pie.

• 11/11/25This has been happening a lot at this store. The bun is hard. I don't know if they're defrosting it differently. But it's very hard and the patty is very dry. I live right next to the store so I eat there often in the past several times have been just like this. Makes me sad.

• 3/16/26Big Arch not as described. Absolutely NO Cheese and some weird crunchy onion. Bun is too big for burger patties. Don't recommend this.
