• 6/25/26Requested no lettuce which was done, but they left off mustard so there wasn't any flavor. Strawberry Lemonade was very deluded so again not much flavor.
I have had this burger many times, but today was a big disappointment.

• 12/25/25Every order from here since they have opened has had missing items. Almost every time it's the fries. Also not the stores fault but everything is comically small now. Filet o fish is literally the size of a chilis slider at best.

• 2/16/26Customer Service review: EXCELLENT customer service at the League City, Tx location at I45 & 518!!! The McD employee accidentally got our order mixed up with another customer's order. Thus, what McDonalds gave to the Dasher was a bag WITH my name on it but someone else's order in the bag labeled for us. Instead of just brushing it off or waiting to see if we complained, the McD employee notified the manager of the mistake, and the manager called us. The McD employee and manager prepared a new package of our order, called me to apologize for their mistake and asked the Dasher to come back for the correct order. The McD manager let the Dasher keep the order they had given her by mistake! Wow! We really appreciate McDs for being proactive in addressing their mistake and for being kind to the Dasher. We also appreciate the Dasher (Kera) for going back to get the corrected order, even though it was NOT the Dasher's fault for the mixup. (The bag the Dasher received had our name on it. It was the contents the McD employee accidentally got wrong).

• 12/8/25Completely left out my 13 Cookie Tote which was about $7 gone to waste. It was a 2 item order. It shouldn't have been that complicated and I honestly don't think it was a mistake.
