Ordered spicy deluxe, didn't have the spicy sauce and had 1 single pickle on the sandwich. My fry's tasted like they was dropped back in the oil to make hot and had no salt on them. Very disappointed.

Food was cold, Fries all crispy and burnt hard crunchy but cold too, they forget the 13 Cookie Tote I purchased. Also, I put the straw in my plastic cup and it went straight through the side of the cup and spilled coke all over my desk ruining a ton of paperwork.

**SHOUT OUT**This is Nov 5th between 6-7pm I placed my order. Idk who worked my order, but it had every single item I asked for!! Even down to the salt & pepper! My extra sauce was in there, ketchup...and ALL the food as well && Even better, it was all fresh !!! This does not happen enough anymore unfortunately, but the crew that is there right now keep up the good work!! I will def order again now!
