my order was thrown together Burger was sloppily made the Frack container barely had fries in it no napkins or straw in the bag all in all poor service

Large fries not even close to being full. Hardly any salt, and no ketchup in the bag (yes I ordered it. 5 packets) and the dipping sauce was wrong and only given two for a 20 piece instead of the three that was ordered.

my spicy chicken sandwich bun is burnt you can smell and taste it. and fries are never full halfway filled

Everything was fine at first, we let it slide that they at first gave us mediums instead of our large order, but now that we actually tried again they gave us, everything but a large fry, if possible they need to refund our Large fry order cause we only got 1 out of 2.
