You almost got it right. we previously posted about the manager and crew needing additional training on properly reading and packaging the orders to be delivered. Some improvements have been made, but once again, if the pancakes come with one syrup but the customer orders and pays for an additional syrup there should be TWO syrups in the order. We received tons of salt and pepper packets, a bunch of ketchup and grape jelly packets, which we didn't order, and the extra butter we ordered. But where's the extra syrup? Or even napkins! Geesh! This must be a morning crew issue cuz all the other times we order from McDonald's our order is complete. And what's up with no mochas? There's lots of places that do burgers and stuff but we order from McDonald's so I can get an iced mocha. Without that, it makes it much easier to order from someplace else.

They forgot my fries which was one of the main reasons I ordered with them and not Taco Bell. I might reconsider ordering from them late night, your order isn't usually the freshest when it gets to you anyways. The taste and portions are what you always expect.

The order was placed at 1:51, delivered at 2:05 for a speedy 14 minutes! You cannot ask for any better service than that, And the food quality is outstanding as always! Good job to all,

Something's terribly wrong with the Hi-C orange large drink. It tastes like cough syrup. It was gross
