Food was still hot, packaging was great. My only complaint is that I ordered the Iced Caramel Apple Pie Latte and it had no caramel or the whipped cream and apple pie topping.

It's not that anything you get from here is bad - (except the odd batch of coffee, which today's was great!) it's that it's inconsistent whther your order will be packaged correctly. Sometimes they won't get your order *quite* right. Today, we got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit instead of the Bacon, Egg & Cheese McGriddles®. Last time the coffee was off. The time before that, there were no cookies. These are easily resolvable- but also happen in store. So check your bags before you leave if you go in oerson, and be kind to your dashers cause the bags are sealed. Its not on them!

The fries wasn't fresh , didn't have salt on them .. the burger was plain with no ketchup
