amazing everytime, fresh warm 13 Cookie Tote, would most definitely order again 13 cookies for 6.99 is great

The 13 Cookie Tote is always fresh and moist. I can always tell that they were made fresh and hadn't been sitting somewhere for a while. They always melt basically as you are pulling them of the box

The bag wasn't packed good/right therefore my Mocha Frappé spilled-with more than half of it wasting on my sweet tea, the bag, and my fries. Additionally we ordered our fries without salt they along with the wrap was very salty.

I ordered the two 2 Mix & Match Snack Wrap® Meal and each snack wrap had so much sauce on it, the spicy one I couldnt even eat at all. The quality of the chicken was also really weird. The lettuce was wilted and soggy, will not purchase again

instructions where followed. Everything ordered was received. Sometimes this can be a hit or miss at this location. Coffee did not have creamer added as requested but overall good.
