I paid $6.50 for a "deluxe" chicken sandwich with a patty fried to the point of a dry puck, a whisper of lettuce and an afterthought of mayo.

I did not receive the full order. Sausage McMuffin® with Egg 2 for $4.79 1 was sent. Americano coffee was not in the bag, but the holder was there. My dasher returned to the store, was told by an employee that they had just come to work and could not give her the omitted items. I needed to request a refund.
