Ordered my deluxe Mccripsy with NO lettuce as it always seems to give me an allergic reaction. It came with lettuce on it. The sandwhich also had no added pickles like it ALSO says. They gave me honey mustard instead of hot mustard which isn't that bad however still disappointed as it was extra for hot mustard compared to the regular sauces!
