Our food was old. The buns were stale and the fries were hard. Ordered extra sauce, didn't get any.

2 Medium French Fries were both cold with some unedible because they were hard. Ordered Coke® and was given Dr. Pepper and orderd Hi-C® Orange and was given fanta. Both with about 4 ice cubes and an inch of room left in the cup. Also no straws

Food was cold Chicken Nuggets overcooked or been sitting there for a hr or so . Worst experience I've had with this McDonald's in a while.

They did not give me the large Mocha I ordered. I only got the small Mocha that I was upcharged for in the Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddles® Meal . Not to mention, I got a large hot coffee that I don't like or even ask for in replacement of the much more expensive large Mocha .
