Breakfast was hot and fresh and order was correct! Love their carmel coffee! The Belmont MCD is the best one is town!

Why is it that when you ask for extra condiments they ruin your meal with it? I got so much tarter sauce on my Filet O Fish Meal I had to scrape it off and it still had too much. I guess it's either a dab or the whole bottle. Not to mention our Plain Sundae was covered in chocolate, and we got a fork to eat it with. One drink with no ice for some reason and no straws at all. Not their best night.

My partner and I have been loyal customers of McDonald’s , we always choose your store when we want something quick and comforting. But yesterday and today's experience was a huge letdown. Our orders were incomplete, and the McNuggets we received were hard, dry, and tasted old as if they had been sitting out for too long. We expect better, especially from a brand we’ve supported so many times. Please do better. Loyal customers deserve quality and consistency.
