Sausage Gravy Biscuit I received hardly had any gravy. The gravy was very watery and tasted like heavily watered-down gravy. Threw it away after one tasting. Customer support gave only half credit of cost of food. 😒

They placed the Sausage Gravy Biscuit and Scrambled Eggs in the same container. Some may not mind, but I hate different foods delivered in the same container. It should be my choice to mix them, when and if I wanted to. Without any over exaggeration, the biscuit was rock solid. And they forgot the Hash Brown. Contacted customer support and received credits for it.

In the Big Breakfast item, it supposed to be scrambled eggs but received just regular eggs which are used in sandwiches. Be it from McDonald's or not, the two eggs do have a different taste. Order was placed about 15 minutes before breakfast menu goes offline, which is still enough time. And 3 drinks ordered that needs straws but not a single one received. Don't understand why it has become such a difficult task to include necessary straws, plasticware, and/or condiments. Lack of employees doesn't quite justify the reason, otherwise orders would be missing (main) items or very late all the time, which isn't the case.

My Big Breakfast with Hotcakes arrived hot and there was plenty of it so I saved half for lunch, too. Great job!
