I paid $4.99 for a large fry. The fry was half empty.
When I called McDonald's to complain, Brad suggested I call DoorDash and request a refund. After a lengthy discussion in which he continually suggested I call DoorDash, and I explained this was not a DoorDash problem, I need him to replace the fry. He eventually conceded and said he would replace it. I haven't stopped to pick up the replacement. It doesn't seem likely, and it seems he just wanted to get off the phone.
