Both ranch snack wrap and big Mack very poor quality. This location NW has some very unprofessional staff that doesn't care to prepare your food with decency. Also, the soda sprite taste like seltzer water.

Everything was made to order specifications and tasted great. The portion sizes were correct. The OREO® McFlurry® was delicious. I will order again.

I called McDonald's. The phone rang several times and I tried several times. I finally got through using a different phone. That is when they answered the phone. So, I think they are screening calls.
But the reason I called was to make sure they make the drinks with all the extras I paid for and make the fries extra crispy extra salty. I talked to Sandy and all she could do repeatedly was say she didn't have the order.
I asked my Dasher to remind the drive thru person of these requests. Sydney said they had tonremake my order.
Unfortunately, the fries were cold soggy and very wilted.
I ordered 1 mocha (hot drink) and 1 mocha Frappe. Instead I received 2 Frappes. I also recieved just 2 straws for 3 drinks.
As for the phone. Me calling from a different phone was worked one other time. it happens. ok.... but at least 2 other occasions. Not a coincidence.

I personally enjoyed everything but the Shamrock Shake® it made me feel nauseous but otherwise it was good
