Everything here at the Sullivan location is always fresh. No soggy chicken and the ingredients/fries always taste great. The fries are always full portion, not half carton. I will order this again as it's great and convenient for me.

My meal was missing the hash brown. Also my coffee was too bitter for me. But my egg McMuffin was great. I wish we could tip AFTER they deliver our food. I'm a little disgusted I paid nearly $15 of which $3.50 was a tip, and still my order was wrong. Disappointed.

payed $8 for a 6 pc. Chicken McNuggets® Happy Meal® and received a 4 pc. Chicken nugget happy meal. I also ordered espresso in my Mocha Frappé and didn't get it.

All 3: Eggs watery & bland. Sausage and hash browns were also very bland. Pancakes semi rubbery. Usually it's very good, definitely disappointed today. I guess this is an item that the quality declines into the late morning hours as never had a problem before this. The difference is I usually get early morning when overnight shift ends. Shame that I ordered for someone that never had it before, doubt he will give it another try.
