My favorite McDonalds Burger... the Double Cheeseburger and my favorite Williamsburg McDonald's at 1620 Richmond Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23185 , close to home, never fails to impress, taste amazing, arrives fresh and is always warm and delicious. One day my surgeries will be over and I'll be excitedly back in their drive thru again... Love That Team!

Left out a drink and my frozen Fanta was half full and not frozen at all. Usually I get good quality guess it was a bad night my mccrispy chicken sandwich had a piece of chicken and two pickles and it was so dry I couldn't eat it . The fries salted to much it was also inedible

We ordered four large fries and as you can see, the boxes are empty that is not acceptable. French fries cost a lot of money and we got four empty fries.

Fries burnt and literally counted 23 fries in a Medium!
Nuggets, a 10 piece, I only got 5! Cold and hard as a rock!
Flurries were just ice cream in a cup! Melted!
Tea tasted like water! Only thing they got right was the honey packet!

Everytime we order we are missing multiple items. when you order a large fry they only give you half of fries. The fries are almost always uncooked
