Sausage 'N Egg McMuffin Extra Value Meal [590.0 Cals] were excellent. We always get the double patty because it  
fills us up for the day. Would definitely recommend.

I'm having such a horrible night but ordering this helped. Fries were topped off and warm, got a large drink (by accident on their end) and the sandwich was perfect. Cried for an hour straight, ate this, felt a bit better.

We ordered smarties and Oreo McFlurry [330.0 Cals] and they did not mix the toppings in. We also asked for extra topping and did not get them. Bottom 3/4 of the cup was plain vanilla ice cream. And the cups had ice cream all over the side.

 Ordered an extra sausage patty, didn't receive it but still charged me the extra money. Gave one tiny little crumpled up piece of bacon.

the medium fries i got were rock hard like they were fried multple times and the applie pies are both burnt. I think I am done with McDonald's after issues time and time again recently.
