I received 99% lettuce, tiny amount of toppings even though I paid $6.00 extra.and all the dressing was spilled and put in a cup with no lid. So dressing everywhere but on my salad. So dissappointed. Great delivery.horrible food quality

The Aztec salad was okay, although small for the price. The pretzel sticks were not soft at all, but quite hard and difficult to chew.

The Pumpkin Spice Churro Bites had ZERO essence of pumpkin spice. They didn't even really have sugar/cinn on top. The dip tasted good and the serving is definitely big enough to share. But otherwise disappointed.
The Dungeon Burger was dry. There was just a bit of sauce on the bottom bun. The way they prepare the burger/bun, the cheese sticks to the underside of the top bun, rather than melting to the burger. It just makes it dry, makes the cheese hard to even taste or come through. I always have this issue when ordering this burger. It just needs to be prepared in a different way to actually be enjoyable.
Overall, I gave this place a chance again for the first time in a long time (I think over a year) and was reminded why I stopped ordering from here.
It would help if we could make notes. In the past I said I liked extra sauce or to put sauce on both buns to prevent the cheese burning into the top bun. I also couldn't say "no onion". Just frustrating.
No more chances.
