Food and drink is vey good, delicious. But they only fill the Red Bean Tofu Pudding and Icy Grass Jelly 80% full, a bit disappointing.

Pretty Bad, It doesn't match the picture at all, just a bowl of black water, no red beans, no peanuts, only two taro I bought at an extra price.

I ordered the Fresh Milk Herbal Tea and it tasted terrible. It tasted mostly like milk with no tea flavor at all. My Grass Jelly Soups were missing ingredients. They didn't come with taro or QQ mochi. I order from here all the time, so I'm very disappointed by today's products.

Always missing the milk on the side. Every single time. Train your employees please. Also, the purple yam ball with sesame filling tastes so bad. This protaro ball used to be taro rice ball. The taro rice ball is good. I don't know why they change it.

We love the Icy Taro Ball Signature, especially the taro paste and potaro balls so we get extra of those toppings but our order of extra Potaro Balls balls today was more like half potaro balls and half sesame rice balls, which we don't particularly like.
