Absolutely fantastic. The pork melted in your mouth. Broth is always balanced and flavorful.

I got the Tonkotsu Ramen. It was nice. Not the best ramen I've ever had - also not the worst. The broth was delicious, but the meat was a bit bland. All my other spots were closed, so I appreciate the convenience of them being open later.

Both Grilled Soy Chicken Ramen and Spicy Grilled Chicken Ramen were not great for the price. Broth was good, but the noodles were hard, chicken had no flavor. Not the best noodle to broth ratio

Grilled Soy Chicken Ramen was good. i wish they cut the chicken a lil smaller though. i dont like how i cant write in the notes to make it spicy. i also tried calling the restaurant several times but got no answer.

Here's the thing. I've ordered from here before and it was excellent. The problem is its simply inconsistent. The pork is well seasoned but the fat isnt rendered enough for it to be eaten without it becoming a chewy mess. The broth is delicious. I'll give them that - great spice and mainly why its getting the two stars it is. But the noodles are inconsistent in texture and I ended up chewing more than I should for a ramen. Its decent food. Just be aware you may get a rough one.
