The pretzels are our favorite. The popcorn came well buttered and delicious. All was well packed. The popcorn comes with a plastic domed lid - I had wondered what they would do about that. We chose the expedited direct delivery to receive it hot, but our Dasher made several stops that were not even on the way. I mention this here only to say that the pretzels were wrapped so well that they still arrived hot. The popcorn had cooled but was surprisingly still warm. Kudos to Megaplex!

Ordered 6 pretzels and got 3. I believe the cheese sauce was supposed to be included with the Jumbo Soft Pretzel and it wasn't included with any of them. Pretzels are subpar quality, definitely won't be dashing from this Megaplex again!
