Always order here for the HOT CHICKEN. Not too spicy, sweet, juicy, and amazing fry that holds up for take out. BABKA BREAD PUDDING was moist and so good. Always fast turn around. I was tempted to take a star off bc they dont offer any side with the super pricey sandwich. They also don't offer French fries but do offer smoked salmon or leek soup as a side?? Seems like a strange choice. (but please, do not bring the wedge fries back. Those weren't good.)

These were the smallest burgers/chicken sandwich I have ever received for the price. I was very disappointed after being told great things about Mekelburg's. The HOT CHICKEN was only a little bigger than a normal sized drink coaster and the MEKELBURGER was even smaller than it. Granted, the food is tasty, but for this size and price I will simply order from shake shack in the future

Love Mekelbergs but not the porchetta sandwich. First off, it's four inches high, which is silly and impossible to bite into. The broccoli rabe and Parmesan are the best part of the sandwich, as the porchetta itself is overly salty.
Tons of other great items on the menu like the wagyu roast beef sandwich so I'll keep coming back!

$10 for the most depressing SIDE OF WEDGE FRIES. Maybe about 10 small wedges total, and the same for the gluten free hamburger. It was two slices of white bread and a well done patty. Used to like this place for the wings but even those have gone down hill. Unfortunately won't be ordering from here again

I ordered right before close so I'm not totally surprised but the $9 potato wedges were probably the worst value "French fry like" side I've ever had. 5 cold wedges are all that came in the order. The hot chicken sandwhich was good.
