This was the 2nd time we have ordered from Mekeni's and everything is good and flavorful! The beef kare-kare is one of the best i have tasted, aside from my mom's. Very flavorful, no skimping on the meat and their veggies are fried and added after which kept it crunchy. The chicken inasal was amazing, not too vinegary, but just the right amount of sweet and savory. Just missing the inasal oil but all in all really good! Highly recommend!

The beef kare-kare is delicious. However, the pork sinigang is too salty and the rice in the garlic rice is undercooked. As to portions, the kare-kare is too small for the price, while the sinigang was too much. I will order just the kare-kare again.

Mekeni is always my go-to for Pork Shoulder Dinuguan and Lumpiang Shanghai. Very generous portions too and priced fairly. IMO the dishes are good for 2-3 people.

This is my go-to Filipino restaurant. Everything I order is savory and delicious. My favorites are dinuguan and pork sinigang. I have ordered almost every single item on the menu, and all I can say is this place never disappoints.

beef kare kare is like my mothers karekare back home very delicious, five stars for the chef !!! manyaman abe and the pork sinigang was my first try and the lumpya sariwa it's the sinigang that stands out plus the extra sabaw you gave i hope we do it again mekeni you're the best can you make my favorite ginataang kuhol with kangkong. ? i will be delighted salamat Po
