My two side items that I was charged for weren't included. My Veggie Calzone was not warm and the ingredients were skimpy. The extra side of sauce was missing. My Enlightened Spinach Salad had little cheese and the portion is smaller now. Also, few of the other ingredients. Basically like a bowl of bagged spinach. Also, my other dressing that I paid for wasn't included. The quality has gone way down and it's not even close to value.

Not sure if thin crust pizza is supposed to be thinner than a piece paper, but this Cheese Pizza definitely is. Pepperoni was just right.

I loved Mellow Mushroom.  I ordered all of the time, even recently.  However, the last 2 orders had a combination of mozzarella and cheddar cheese on the pizza - not what I like at all.  Crust and sauce was fine, but the cheese can make or break it.

Pretzel bites and spicy beer cheese were great! Had one slice of pizza and only a couple pretzel bites and got bad heart burn. The staff was friendly and kind enough to bring it out to my car in the rain, but sadly I would not order from mellow mushroom again.

Greek Salad Evidently they ran out of their Esperanza salad dressing. Nate's of letting us know and ask if we wanted something different, they sent us ranch dressing. We would have cancelled the salad had we been notified and asked. 

Crust was awesome, as always, but the cheese and pepperoni had no flavor at all!!!
