Well packaged for travel. It arrived hot and crispy. However the cheese sauce was not to be found, thats the whole point of ordering from a melt shop ?

They couldn't find my order for a good 5 minutes and later found it sitting on the counter somewhere. Also the amount of food I got is definitely not worth $13

Man I love this food BUT I paid for extra chicken and cheesy tots. I got plain tots, less chicken than Normal and 1 single packet of ketchup. Do better :(
