Decent taste on the sandwich but the French Fries Mac and Mac N Cheese and Tomato Soup - Cup portions were VERY small and not worth the price at all. Almost $7 for less than a cup of soup

food was cold. added an excessive amount of arugula (don't get me wrong, i LOVE arugula but this was ridiculous). just didn't taste right at all compared to the dozens of other times i've ordered this exact grilled cheese. never had this issue at the Middle Island location, but they unfortunately don't open until 4pm and i work nights so i'll be long asleep by then. i've been going to meltology ever since they first opened back at their Mt Sinai location. never had such a horrible experience up until now. highly disappointed especially since this was my first proper meal in over a week after getting my wisdom teeth removed. waste of money. definitely will no longer be ordering from this location.

I've only ever had the bbq chicken grilled cheese which is delicious. I was disappointed with the quality of The Kitchen Sinque, tots and onion rings, they were very greasy and tasted like the oil was old.

It was quite awful. The Mac and cheese was dry and my Nutella milkshake had banana? The grilled cheese was basic. Nothing to rave about
