Their Vegan Southern Fried Chicken Melt is drool-worthy! I loved every bite; except the ones I gave my dog! ;-)

I really liked the sandwich options on their menu but unfortunately the Philly and burger I ordered were not the quality I expected. It was terrible food.
The meat was over cooked, so over cooked that instead of being a nice brown with char, it was black and ugly and the bacon was very hard like eating a brick. And the food was extremely salty making the beef patty taste bitter.

I ordered all vegetarian and vegan options, the 3pc Vegan Chick'n Strips was not that at all, it was a chicken patty used for sandwiches. The Vegan Southern Fried Chicken Melt was soggy and used the same patties as the strips. The Onion Rings were stuck together and mostly burned. This was my first time ordering, the Dasher waited for 20 minutes to pick up and the food was well below average.

Southern Fried Chicken Melt was burnt. Philly Cheese Steak meat was gristly. They forgot our coleslaw.

I recently ordered a Meltwich sandwich, and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The bread on my sandwich was noticeably burnt, which made it taste bitter and unpleasant to eat. I was really looking forward to enjoying it, but the quality didn’t meet my expectations. I hope more attention is paid to food preparation in the future so other customers don’t have the same issue.
