The fries weren't good. The sandwich had great flavor, but could've been stuffed a little more and the au jus was amazing! The sauces were amazing! The brookie was just a chocolate chip cookie and a separate brownie cookie.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. EVERYTIME i order my food is always so freaking good. Never once had a bad order. The food is the best always comes out fresh n hot nothing is soggy. My favorite is definitely the BBQ Pulled Pork Melt. The portions are perfect they definitely give you more than they should lol. The manger is the sweetest guy and always working hard to make sure everyone has what they want at all times.

The Reuben meat had so much fat, the preparer at melty couldn't even get the knife all the way through to cut it in half - off-putting. Tater tot serving was gigantic and heavy because the they were loaded down with grease. Tasty (it's hard to ruin a tater tot) but definitely not crispy at all. Chocolate chip cookie by comparison was tiny, hard, and tastes like it was baked by Sysco industrial food service. My Diet Coke however, was fantastic.

1st time trying this place. TheHam & Swiss combo with the soup and drink taste good, has good proportions, and a good price ($18.36 without tax.) But, I didn't know that the only soup I could pick with the combo was the cheese brocolli, I wanted the tomato basil. But - and this is partially my fault - if i had looked closer i would've realized the picture may have been the tomato soup, but the choice was the B&C. It tasted good either way, and i'd order it again, but i'd be more careful next time. Oh and when i opened the bag the soup spilled a bit on my melt.

It was flavorful but $10 for a very small bowl of soup is crazy. Maybe they accidentally gave me the $5 cup size instead? Disappointed.
