this menchie's is the absolute best! I've had menchie's all over the country and this is by far my favorite one. it's always very fresh the people are very friendly and professional and take very good care of you. thank you and keep up the great work

Usually this place always looks at my request comments but there was no caraml drizlee or cookie dough bites. So bummed out cause this is my fav place! You guys put any toppings on

If a topping isn't available it would have been proper if the merchant would have called the customer to ask if the customer would like a different topping vs not adding a topping at all and especially if the customer ordered two of the same frozen yogurts.
