• 5/1/26Bad to Good... Who doesn't love a strong finish?! The Lemon Cheesecake Cookie are OUTRAGEOUSLY priced for size. They're approx. 1/2 the size for cookies in that price range from high end bakeries (see choc-chip from bakery in pic) Also delivered 1/2 the taste. The Ginger Molasses Cookie were meh... Won't order cookies again. Same w/ the Spicy Curried Couscous. Needs more seasoning & the tiny container is barely 1/2 full. Not worth trying again. The Pomegranate Mint Lemonade, guava Lemonade and regular Housemade Lemonade are ALWAYS great. Highly recommend. They maybe pricey, but they deliver the goods! Salads like, The Seasonal GOAT with Sweet Citrus and "Not So Fried" Chicken Sandwich - Salad (get extra crispies). extra chx & goat chs were missing, so dbl chk your order! Salads are truly THE best! The Lemon Chicken & Farro Soup is AMAZING. Get a bowl! So stick w/the soup, salads & lemonades!

• 1/17/26I usually don't complain about my orders but this salad was terrible in quality. The Romain lettuce was brown to the point it was spoiled. I spent the whole time picking out the bad greens instead of enjoying the salad. I don't think I can order from Mendocino again without seeing the quality in person. Disappointing.

• 8/31/25The salad portions are so small. Customer service wasn't very good for my pick up order. They were helping some people with their pick up orders and when I asked about mine they said if it's not on the shelf it isn't done but my order time said ready for pick up and simultaneously the time kept getting pushed out by over 40 minutes and there's only 30 minutes of free parking.

• 7/21/26After 1 hour, my order had still not been fulfilled by Mendocino farms, and I had to contact customer service at DoorDash to find out why. The real reason was because the restaurant was so far behind they haven't even made the order, a simple sandwich. This should be consideration for anyone ordering food, a one hour wait to get takeout is ridiculous.
