The Cuban Sandwich and the Bistec Encebollado were both delicious. The French fries were hot and crispy and the the beans were different, in a good way! I will be ordering from Merengue again in the future

The portions are very small for the price. The Chicharron De Pollo had puffy breading, the Carne Salada Frita was thinly sliced steak possibly burnt in some areas and not properly dried and came grey. The best items were the cassava fries and the rice and beans. The beans were seasoned well and popping with flavor. The special sauce is Big Mac sauce with extra mayo.

Empanadas are the best I've had, perfect texture, they're actually filled and super flavorful.
The Cuban, so much flavor, stacked with meat and veg without getting soggy, absolutely amazing

I got the empanadas, merengue club sandwhich, avena con limon, & tres leches. Empanada was not hot at all and it not being heated made it kind of dry but DELICIOUS. The sandwhich came with fries and they were hard and unsalted + the sandwhich was way bigger and messier than i expected but it was delicious. avena con limon was a hit or miss for me because although i dont like lime flavor i was sooo tempted and it's not for me but it's delicious if you like lime. Tres leches was a no for me.. more of like a really runny wet pudding. I will b ordering again but only thing i will get again from this order is the empanadas. Fast delivery yet fries and empanadas were not even warm so idk if its made fresh

I will never order from here again. The food did not taste good at all. The beans had no flavor, the chicken was weird looking & salty. Try at your own risk
