• 12/11/21Visiting LA on a work trip and we knew we wanted mexican food from a food truck- Mexicali did NOT disappoint. the burritos were huge and delicious, you can tell they don't skimp on the filling whatsoever. limes and pickled onions were fresh as well. definitely recommend.

• 3/18/25the Vampiro Combo with shrimp was not good. it was watery, shrimp not cleaned, and the cheese wasn't melted. I've had the steak version and it was 5 star this was not even close. the rest of the food Cachetada Home-made chips Gueros was on point

• 3/3/26It was good. Asked instead of Baja style for grilled fish. I felt there wasn't any in it. Flavor was good and fresh. I didn't taste any fish or see any thought. It was covered in the lettuce.

• 9/2/22I got the Mexicali Burrito Combo and chose the cauliflower option. I got the nachos with pollo asada and both were REALLY good!! I ordered a drink but didn't receive it. First place I have ordered from in 2 months that has been so good!! This will definitely be a place I continue to order food from!!
