• 2/21/26Mezcal NEVER fails!!! Food is always fresh and flavorful! The Consomme is my favorite for dipping (but it's also delicious atop of rice...yum!). The Mezcal Soup gives me life on a rainy, gloomy day- flavorful, creamy, rich and delicious. Keep up the great work!

• 7/11/26The Nachos came with chips in the dish as opposed to on the side. They were mushy, which made them gross. There's no option to put the chips on the side. The dish overall, is bland and lacks flavor; they use nacho cheese instead of cheese dip/"queso" and that's insane. There's Nachos are gross!
The Alambre Taco are good for the most part. They're just TINY, especially considering the price. I don't recommend this place.

• 5/19/26The taste and quality was fine.. However, I won't order from this location again. I usually order from the midtown location but since they were closed, I tried this one in Ferndale. I usually get the taco salad but it was very different at this location. Usually the pico and sour cream are on the side, but it was on the salad, which made it soggy and weird. Usually they also give me a side of gauc and crema, and I didn't get those. On the customization page, it wouldn't let me remove items, like rice, which is an option at the midtown location. They also don't have the option to add extras. Rice and beans are listed as ingredients and those were not in the salad. It was all rice and meat, and a couple pieces of lettuce, topped with a tiny bit of cheese. The meat was not broken up like "ground beef" should be (as indicated on the menu). It instead was mostly a large burger pattie that was hard to break up with a fork. I was really unimpressed and disappointed.

Per usual, with Ferndale restaurants, they think they're immune to good customer service. Just over charge. Theres absolutely nothing upscale about this place.
I've had better Mexican from Azteca and many more local family places. They used to be good but now they're just overpriced and rude service.
