Wow that was the best meal I have had in a long long time the pork chops were perfectly cooked the greens OMG excellent I couldnt even finish everything the cabbage was also very very good my new favorite restaurant in Lexington

The cat fish is always delicious. 2 large pieces of cat fish and the breading is always delicious. I order a sweet tea and it was brewed perfect. Just the right amount of sugar. Great meal, for the price.

Typically I don't leave reviews but I felt compelled to share my positive experience. Good soul food is hard to come by, & other restaurants in my area are overly salty and greasy. Mimi's was far from that. Everything arrived hot the chicken was still crispy the green beans were seasoned nicely and the mac was the perfect consistency. Portions for the price were outstanding as well. I will definitely keep this restaurant in my rotation when craving a good meal!

I loved everything, I even ask them to cook it hard and they did. I got the pork chop meal this time, i normally order the fish boy meal how time I got the pork chop and I have all compliments. It was still juicy even, just like my mom used to make. I got the cabbage and macaroni and cheese it was all perfect.

Best soul food in town! It was absolutely amazing. We had the chicken, pork chops, whitings, and catfish. All of them were great. The sides were on point. The green beans and greens were seaso just right. And that cornbread was cooked to perfection.
