Just received our latest delivery order from Miami Fusion, and once again, they delivered total culinary perfection. As a frequent traveler to Miami who makes an absolute point to hunt down the best authentic Cuban joints in South Florida, I can tell you without hesitation: Miami Fusion stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the very best of them.
Every single item in this meal was stellar:
The Miami Sandwich: My absolute favorite! This masterpiece comes piled high with savory ham, turkey, and crispy bacon, balanced with crisp shredded lettuce, ripe sliced tomatoes, and creamy mayo—all layered inside fresh Cuban bread that is toasted and pressed to warm, crunchy perfection. SO very delicious!
Maduros: Sweet, tender, and caramelized to absolute perfection—hands down, pure comfort food.
Croquetas: Exceptional execution! Crispy and golden on the outside with a velvety, rich filling, they are cooked to textbook precision.
Fries: Outstanding! Their unique flat shape creates the ultimate crispy-to-fluffy texture ratio that elevates them far beyond standard fries.
Whatever you do, do not skip the sauces. Every single one is phenomenal, but the Miami Heat and Garlic Cilantro are absolute game-changers that you’ll want to slather over everything.
Beyond the sensational food, their delivery operation is flawless—lightning-fast, genuinely courteous, and 100% accurate every single time. Miami Fusion is an absolute gem in Lincolnton!

Sundrop drink was undrinkable, sandwhich not cut, plaintain chips arrived all in crumbs and very few of them , wrong cheese put on fries, most fries had no cheese, lid on butter not put on well spilled everywhere

Great food. Burgers are good. Love the Miami sauce but don't like it only being half full for a dollar. How about filling the containers? The fried plantains are deliciuos and so is the fried cheese. Expensive but you can tell its made fresh. Nothing frozen or close to fast food. Worth the price for good quality cuban food.

I've ordered from Miami Fusion multiple times and it has yet to disappoint. This morning I ordered the Build Your Own Omelette and it was SO good- worth every extra penny I spent to have my breakfast delivered to me. It was so big I could only eat half I ended up saving the other half for lunch.

I love the Cuban Philly and fries. I was excited about the fries. But I just paid $21 for a sandwich and literally 9 fries.... thats ripping off your customers. Prices are already kinda steep but to barely give your customers fries with their meal is pretty ridiculous.
