The Sweet Cheeks was the way to go! Soft baguette, tender pork and spicy enough sauce. Got a fresh side salad too and it was cut up nice and small..Cucumbers, radishes, tomatoes.. Just really great fresh food!! Saved Midnight Sun as a favorite!

The beer cheese soup was just a bowl of the beer cheese dip that came with the pretzel. Their recipe must have changed because used to be thinner, like a soup. Also, the mix ins for the soup was two tiny pieces of broccoli and two croutons. $14 is way overpriced for that.

Firstly, the aromatics on my order even had the DD driver jeally, great smells.
However, the flavors pretty much flat-lined. The Ancho Beef Dip came off as a basic French dip, no ancho, and definitely no heat (not that ancho is high on the scoville scale). Luckily, there was a decent amount of meat in it, so kudos for that, great mouth feel. I got the sandwich with a side of mac-n-cheese because it looked amazing on the appetizer list. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find no breadcrumb crumble and that the "cheese" was literally the Kodiak Brown Cheddar "soup" that I ordered,which also had a flat flavor with no dynamic. Toppings for the "soup" were sweet cheeks (amazing smell, good flavor, but was easily overpowered by the cheese sauce, and you wouldn't be able to tell it was there if it weren't for the texture change) and chorizo (this is not chorizo, it's pork cubes seasoned with some of the spices from a chorizo, great smell, little flavor). Overall, not a disaster, but some pretty big disappointment and missed opportunities on flavor.

$17.95 for a salad asked to be made into a wrap and you get a bigger wrap at coffee shops for half the price
